Overview
What this service covers
Operating in the Kingdom means holding accounts on a dozen or more government platforms, each with its own record of your entity, your workforce, and your obligations. They are not independent: Qiwa reads from GOSI, visa applications read from Muqeem, and a licence renewal can be blocked by a clearance held somewhere else entirely.
We manage those accounts as one estate rather than a dozen separate logins — keeping the records accurate, completing what falls due, and catching the inconsistencies between platforms that would otherwise surface as an unexplained rejection somewhere downstream.
What's included
Scope of work
Workforce platforms
Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad administered together, so contract, registration, and salary data stay consistent across all three.
Residency platforms
Muqeem and Absher Business maintained, with residency and status records verified before other applications are submitted against them.
Commercial and licensing portals
Ministry of Commerce, Saudi Business Center, Balady, and MISA platforms kept current as your activity, address, or ownership changes.
Tax and procurement portals
ZATCA and Etimad accounts maintained alongside the filings and qualifications that depend on them.
Specialist registers
Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE), Premium Residency, and Regional Headquarters (RHQ) registrations administered where they apply to your entity.
Record accuracy and correction
Resolution of incorrect names, dates, passport details, and status entries, including the transliteration differences that quietly break downstream transactions.
Obligation monitoring
A single view of what is due on each platform and when, so nothing lapses because it sat behind a login nobody checked.
How it works
We are Aligned with your Business
Every Docurement engagement follows the same five stages, so you always know where a matter stands and who is responsible for it.

A clear, transparent breakdown of what is required and how our fees are structured, separate from any government or authority fees.
Engagement & authorisation
Formal engagement with the appropriate authorisation for us to act on your behalf with the relevant authorities.
Dedicated point of contact
A single, accountable contact manages your file from instruction through to completion.
Ongoing reporting
Regular updates on completed actions, items in progress, and anything approaching a deadline.
Why Docurement
What makes the difference
One estate, not a dozen logins
Platforms that disagree with each other are the most common cause of a transaction failing for no visible reason.
Failures traced to the source
Many unexplained rejections are a data problem on another platform. Checking first saves the wasted application.
Nothing sits behind a forgotten login
Obligations accrue on platforms whether or not anyone is watching them. Monitoring is what makes that safe.
FAQs
Common questions
Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher Business, and Mudad form the core, alongside ZATCA, Balady, Ministry of Commerce portals, MISA platforms, the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE), Etimad, Premium Residency, Regional Headquarters (RHQ), and the Saudi Business Center.
Either. We can hold delegated access and run the platforms end to end, or work alongside your internal team on specific platforms while they retain the rest.
Most commonly from transliteration differences in names, a renewed passport that was never updated, or a data entry error at initial registration. Small discrepancies cause disproportionate problems.
