Overview
What this service covers
Residency is what allows an employee to live, bank, drive, and travel in the Kingdom — and what allows their family to join them. It is also time-limited, and lapses have consequences that extend well beyond the individual.
We manage the residency lifecycle through Absher Business and Muqeem: issuing and renewing iqamas, bringing dependents in, handling the travel permissions, and verifying the records those applications are read against, with expiries tracked so nothing lapses while someone is mid-assignment or abroad.

Why Docurement
What makes the difference
Families handled with the employee
Dependent status derives from the principal's. Managing them together prevents a family being left without valid status.
Travel does not break status
Employees travelling without the correct permit is a recurring and expensive problem. Tracking it removes the risk.
Expiries surfaced early
Iqama lapses cause fines and block other transactions. Advance notice is the whole point.
