Overview
What this service covers
Consular appointments can be intimidating, procedurally strict, and unforgiving of small errors. A missing document, an unexpected question, or an unfamiliar process can cost an appointment slot that took weeks to obtain.
We attend with applicants, or on their behalf where the mission permits representation, and we resolve issues at the counter rather than by rebooking. Where senior representation is required, we provide it.

FAQs
Common questions
It depends on the mission and the appointment type. Some permit submission or collection by an authorised representative; others require the applicant in person, particularly for biometrics. We confirm the position before the appointment is booked.
Yes. Through our offices and partner network we provide in-person support at missions across our coverage, including in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.
Our representative addresses it at the counter where possible. Where it cannot be resolved on the day, we deal with the mission directly to keep the application moving rather than restarting it.
